Your Back Pocket Go-To Recipes
Josh Bousel's grilled pineapple post got me thinking. Grilled pineapple brushed with rum-butter sauce is so versatile (ice cream/whipped cream/sponge cake/bread pudding, etc.) that it should be in everyone's back pocket.
What are your back pocket recipes i.e. stuff you can make that you're pretty sure goes with, if not everything, a lot of stuff?
