I know the merits of sil-pats have been debated many a time here, but I have a usage question. How do you clean yours?
I rarely use mine cause it's such a pain to clean, where parchment is nice and cooperative going straight to the trash. However, I used mine yesterday since I was baking at 425 for 30 minutes and I didn't want to smoke up the house the way parchment can. So now I have a sticky dirty sil-pat and I'm hoping team SE can help. . .
