Pasta Makers

I am looking to spend about $30 on a manual pasta maker. Is it really worth spending 2-3 times that on a machine? What about thoughts on buying new versus a used one on eBay? I'd need to feel pretty darn good about getting it clean...are there specific brands you folks recommend? I'm not against spending a little more, but I haven't really found a whole lot of info about why I should. If you need more info from me let me know and I'll answer as best I can! THANKS!
