I'm a novice bread baker but this recipe:

has been successful the multiple times I've made it. I want to use this recipe again but instead make breadsticks. Do any of you have any ideas how that might work? Or even if you have a good soft breadstick recipe I could use instead. I want to make cinnamon-sugar breadsticks but no recipes have stood out.
