frozen goat cheese "ice cream?"
I've frozen dollops of Fage 2% Greek yogurt and processed them to make relatively inexpensive and and healthier frozen yogurt. Has anyone had experience doing this with goat cheese to make a quick ice cream? I want to turn my favorite snack into an icy dessert: goat cheese & quince paste. I don't own an ice cream machine, and my kitchen is extremely tiny, so I don't want to buy another appliance.
