Can someone explain the difference between little cans of curry paste made by Maesri? I have 4 cans in my closet (well 3.. I used one last night to make the Ramen hack on this website).
Panang Curry Paste (pink can)
Prik Khing Curry Paste (green can)
Kaeng Kua Curry Paste (orange can)
Red Curry Paste (red can)
They also make a few more. I can only comment on the ones I have -- here's the problem: they all have the same ingredients except the word "spices" is probably where things differ.
