How long will a mayonnaise based sauce last in the fridge?
I make a white sauce out of mayonnaise, vinegar, water, and a bunch of spices.
I also make a sauce out of ketchup, mayo, pickle juice.
Pretty much it, so you know all the ingredients.
I like to always have it on hand in the fridge and store them in squeeze bottles.
Should it have the same shelf life as the jar of mayo did?
I want to make a few batches of sauces and write dates on them.
