This Book's Worth a Look
On a recent visit to the public library I saw a book that caught my eye, "Wood-Fired Cooking by Mary Karlin. Lots of great info about outdoor cooking with or over the open flame. Some very nice looking recipes also, including a "killer" bread. Might be of interest, especially to the person looking to get the most out of this years BBQ season. It's a Ten Speed Press publication, they seem to be bit time into the food publishing business. Comments not necessary, just wanted to pass along the information.
