Hi all,

I'm looking for some light and summery recipes that will keep well in the refrigerator, so I can make them over the weekend to eat during the week. There's a pretty nice farmers' market nearby, so I'd love to take advantage of the produce there to make a big bowl of soup or salad - I just need some ideas! I have a dutch oven, an oven, and a food processor in addition to the typical pots and pans, but no grill or microwave. So help me out, Serious Eaters - what are your favorite made-in-advance summer dishes?
