Nice Sitdown Mexican Restaurant for Dinner?

I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a good, nice, sitdown Mexican restaurant for dinner in Manhattan to take a guest from far out of town (UAE). Was thinking of Rosa Mexicana or Crema, but not wedded to either. Any preferences / suggestions? Thanks.
