But it seems so easy...
Is there anything that you know should be easy to make, but you just can't seem to ever get right?
I, for instance, am a complete disaster when it comes to making pancakes. I'm simply and unquestionably a hot mess any time I try: We wind up with griddle slop that somehow manages to be both burned to a crisp and raw in the middle.
Of course, everybody in the world can make pancakes except me. "They're so easy!" people always say. Sure, they're easy -- easy to order off the menu at the diner down the street, because I vow to never try to make them again.
How about you? Anything you know you should be able to master but just can't, for some reason?
