Pizza "faux pas"
I just did it, the BIG blunder, a senior moment. Made pizza doughs, carefully measured ingredients into my KA processor, slowly added water as machine was running, watched development and the clock so as not to overheat the dough.
Then it hit me, I FORGOT THE YEAST. Oh well, I added it in and hit the "pulse" button a couple of times and now I'll see what happens. If it's a success or a failure I'll let you know. Maybe that's why some people with trouble with pizza dough.
