After seeing the post last week about the sandwhich festival and using the pizza bianca for the bread, I did that this weekend. It is possibly the best bread for a sandwhich I have ever had. Inside the sandwhich was chimmichuri, very lean roast beef, blue cheese, butter lettuce, and mayo. Thank you for the insipation Serious eats!
