Cooking and Baking

I guess it's Chive season

So in the CSA bag this week we got chives. Over a pound of chives. Now I enjoy chives and have been known to nibble on one or 2 stalks while typing away, but aside from that and snipping on practically everything we eat, what can I do with them?

Specifically, any suggestions for saving some of that chive goodness for a later date when its not 102 out. . .
