help! have to feed my superskinny boyfriend!
i'm trying to fatten up my boyfriend without feeding him a lot of junk food. he is 26 years old, 5'11" and through the marvels of an outdoorsy job and crazyfast metabolism weighs only 123lbs. even more disturbingly, he's lost 5 lbs in the course of our 4 month relationship. i'm so worried about him. good news is that he's getting health insurance and going to the doctor in july but until then i'm on my own.
and it doesn't help that he's gluten intolerant and nut allergic so i can't just feed him cakes and pasta. and he's got a somewhat sensitive stomach and we share ecological concerns about industrialized meat, so i can't just make him a bunch of carnitas and bacon. he generally eats a lot of large omelettes and rice and beans in alarming quantities when he's by himself and gets more variety when with me--mostly vegetables and rice.
i baked gluten free chocolate chip cookies last night and getting ready to add a shot of olive oil every evening but i'm not sure that adding more fat is a good idea.
any suggestions?
