Serious Eaters and Drinkers, I would like to know what sorts of things you'd like to see covered re: coffee in the weekly column.

Do you have any burning (or brewing, I guess) questions? Need any recommendations? Are you curious about the coffee supply chain at all? Have a particular bean-related issue or topic in mind that you'd like to see discussed?
