Workout at Work

I work in a kitchen for 8+ hours a day, running around, staying busy and I work up a sweat. By the end of the day my shirt is usually drenched in sweat under my jacket.

Anyone think I could count this as some cardio or even a workout? Has anyone who has worked in a kitchen ever thought about this?
Would it be bad if I strapped on some leg weights under my pants?
