A Sub, a Hero, a Hoagie.....

I grew up in Sub country. Submarine sandwich, the roll being a foot or longer.

When I lived on Long Island, they were called Heros.

I guess it's a regional thing-like soda vs. pop.

So, what do you call it?

(Oh, and torpedo must be out there somewhere, right)
