Ramp pie at Co.

Serious Eats' photo of No. 7 Sub's Curried Chicken Salad Sandwich sent me straight there; I didn't bother to read the post. The sandwich was good, but so salty, and the pickled ramps messed up my mouth-breath real good. Then I was like, oh crap, what about that ramp pizza I had last year at Co., the one that was there and then gone in the blink of an eye?
I walked in tonight, sat down at the bar and ordered it, no menu, not even sure if they had it. The bartender lit up and I felt the connectedness of all great things, including Springtime, New York and the Internet. While I waited I felt like I had just gotten away with a crime. A really small crime.
And it was exactly as I remembered, the richest and lightest thing I've ever had. It's a pizza with ramp puree, made with thai chilis and lemon; ricotta; and covered in charred, roasted ramps, and you better go get it tomorrow because it's totally awesome 2thaMAXx
