I overcooked my salmon fillets in the oven tonight, and no one quite enjoyed it. Any ideas how to use the leftovers? Salad? Pasta? Pie? They are a bit dry and perhaps they weren't terribly good salmon fillets to start with (some TJ salmon I bought to try...)
