Hey SEers!

I'm taking megabus from Boston down to Philly to meet my mom on next Thursday night - I have the weekend off after my last final and before my internship starts. I wanted to take her out to a nice dinner and looked on the site for reviews, but didn't see many recent ones when I searched.

Anybody have any suggestions? I think I like the idea of prix fixe or a tasting menu - would ideally like to keep it around $30-$40 each (somewhat flexible but unfortunately no 275$ tasting menus..). Both of us would prefer American, French, maybe Russian cuisine (she liked Petrossian's prix fixe two years ago and Elements' tasting menu if that helps) - no Chinese as we get that all the time at home =P.
