6 chiles poblanos in my fridge

I bought six chiles poblanos the other day in the hopes of making Chiles en Nogada -- then I saw the recipe, which is much too complicated for my current life. Now, what should I do with these chiles? Something more or less easy (no chiles rellenos!). Ideally, I would love to preserve them for a little while.
