It's the dawn of Barbeque Season and I'm left in a quandary. My old standby German butcher shop closed down and I am left without a source for fresh grillable sausage goodness. Anyone know where I can get my fix of Bratwurst, Weisswurst, et al? A Boudin blanc while we're on the subject? Easy to find great Italian sausages, but everything else and you can forget it. Help! I'm dyin over here!
