What to do with extra self-rising flour

I have found myself with 2 extra bags of self-rising flour, one I bought with the intent of making a crispy fried chicken like KFC's and the other bag was purchased by my wife instead of all-purpose. I've only used AP or bread flour in the past for my sourdough and flat-bread. What are some good uses for it?
