Seriously challenged!

A few posts ago I spoke about going to the naturopath/homeopathic doctor. She did get rid of my arm/leg rashes....so I am sold.

We did a food sensitivity test and came out with about 50 items that I am sensitive to...she said I won the contest of most in the last few months. Luckily more than 1/2 of the items were things I don't like and don't eat.

Long story short--no wheat, rice, corn, dairy.

Quite restricting since most gluten free items are made with rice flour. I am trying to see this as an Iron Chef challenge instead of an omg moment. I see it as bringing food back to simple.

Any suggestions?
