A year or so ago I bought a package of Salmon Wellington in the freezer section of a local supermarket. An impulse purchase, band I couldn't believe how Absolutely Delicious it was!!! I believe there were two individually wrapped servings in the box.

And I have been looking for it ever since. I didn't save the information on the box, so I have no idea which company made/distributed it. Of course, I have seen recipes for salmon Wellington, and I could make it myself. But because the packaged/frozen version was so good and so much quicker, that's what I need right now.
Anyone have any ideas where I might find it again??
