Shopping list...do you stick to it ???

I try to make a list before I go grocery shopping, making notes all week long as I run out/low on something. But, once I get to the store, something catches my eye and..in the cart it goes !! And then I think...this would go REALLY well with some of these. Do you stick to yer list ???
