My Thursday and Friday evenings have gone from crazy to insane. I need to feed the family and get them to various activities by 7pm. I would like to have meals in my freezer for those nights so I can stop giving my paycheck to the pizza guy.

Any suggestions for tried-and-true recipes? I don't mind spending an hour or two on Sunday to get meals ready for these two nights. It would be time well spent for the sake of my sanity.

My family is pretty good about eating most things except my daughter does not like beans. Other than that, we're open.
