I have been spending way too much money at local Sushi Bars for rolls, and additionally Wegmans, an upscale grocery store here in NY where I pay an ungodly amount of money per a 6 pc roll ($5-$10 ).

Despite the good quality, the entire family enjoys sushi. I want to be able to make it at home.

Any tips or recipes would be helpful, in addition to another question- what do YOU like when it comes to sushi?
