This was a topic in January. I just found you. I have spent hours on the internet looking for madagascar green peppercorns in brine. All of the specialty sites show "out of stock" or back order.
One site said that they were discontinued.. So far, the mystery persists. Roland seems to have some, but they are in vinager rather than brine. Brine is salt, right? .At Park Avenue Cafe on Balboa Island in Newport Beach, Ca., my wife is the executive chef and will only allow our chefs to use green peppercorns in brine.and here it is April and I still haven't found any.. No peppercorn steak or chicken di jon until I find them. Can anyone help?
