Finally made the Gnocchi! AWESOME thanks SE!

I forgot to get the one different potato in the recipe and used all baking potatoes. Worked out great.

The only problem I had was that the dough was sooooo sticky wet, I think I used double the flour and it was still sticky so I just stopped adding and they turned out great.

I put them with a rosemary lamb sausage, garlic, tomato (1) and white wine sauce. YUM!

And I froze some then made them up with a spicy tomato basil sauce. The frozen ones where still great!
