Got thinking about all the original sources of famous regional foods -- such as Philippe's in LA, home of the French Dip; Anchor Bar in Buffalo, home of chicken wings; Dicky Dee's in Newark, home of the Italian hot dog; and even the more general, Chicago as home of the deep dish pizza, Philadelphia is home of the cheesesteak, etc.
