Regional Chain Restaurants
Hey all,
John Edwards, the Fast Food columnist here. I've gotten really interested in Regional Chain Restaurants lately, and wondered what some of your favorites are. To give you an example, I went down to New Orleans last year, and ate at Raising Cane's, a southern chain that only serves Chicken Fingers. It's really popular, and is starting to make its way up north. A lot of chains have very regional footprints. (Chick-fil-a in the South, Culver's in Wisconsin, Primanti's in Pittsburgh, In-and-Out in the west). What are some of your regional favorites? What makes them great? What do they specialize in that you've never seen anywhere else?
