Protein every two hours!
I went to a homeopath today...my son asked my why I would ever want to visit a homophobe--no, no, a homeopath.
She said that I need to have some protein every few hours. I already made myself a red quinoa/bean ditty for this week but would love some good ideas besides peanut butter or tuna fish. I have to work closely with kids so nothing with ick breath.
Interesting bit about my visit was so much of it was about food. I told her about the two people who live in my body--the one who makes vegan shakes with kale and spinach and the one who eats cookies for breakfast and hoards chocolate. Great experience and hopefully it will work!
So protein ideas--please!
