Where to eat in Frederick Maryland

Serious Eaters,

I am going to be staying in Frederick Maryland for a job interview and I have 1 night free so I would like to go somewhere for dinner. I don't know anything about the area so I need some advice on where to go that has more "local" fare. Can anyone tell me where I should eat? Thanks!
