New to Sourdough

I just completed fully rehydrating my Carl Griffith's 1897 sourdough starter. I primed my starter today and tomorrow I am making the Sourdough recipe from the bread baker's apprentice. This is my first attempt at making a sourdough. I was wondering if anyone has made this recipe and if there are any possible pit falls for a noob.
