Have you ever cooked Corvina or Petrale Sole?

My local fish market had Corvina (also known as drum or white sea bass) and Petrale Sole. I got both because they looked so good. I've prepared Petrale Sole many times but have never seen Corvina. Does anyone have any suggestions for the Corvina other than ceviche and/or does anyone have any recipe suggestions for Petrale Sole? I usually roll the sole around some time of filling and bake it.
