So I cleaned my oven with the auto-clean, and when it was done, after 4 hours, I pulled it open, because it unlocked, and noticing some fine gray dust on the oven bottom, I wet a paper towel, and using tongs, cause it's still at tad hot, wiped it down. So clean. Then noticing some of the same dust on the inside door window, wiped it down. CRACK!!!! The damn window cracked! Gaaah! Please don't ever do this, and I'll be calling the 1-800 number tomorrow. Gosh I hate wasting money.
