i think my eating and cooking has been quite schizophrenic over the years and i need to focus myself. so im trying to take one ingredient at a time and become familiar with its flavor profiles and best ways to incorporate it in an attempt to broaden my culinary scope. i guess my greatest exposure to dill has been in the form of pickling liquids and incorporated into creamy cheeses. any killer ideas with dill? im pretty good without a recipe, so just throw out some flavor combos. ps... i live with a picky pescatarian and having been a veg myself during my late teen years when i learned to cook from my mom, i am quite unfamiliar with cooking meats, so if we could keep it veg and seafood-centric.
thanks eaters! :) :)
