My suggestion for a SE article! I keep a bottle of extra-virgin olive oil always at the ready. It is one of the most expensive items I use almost everyday, and I usually buy Bertolli as a moderately priced, good tasting brand. This week, I bought Filipo Berio because it was on sale. I have spent as much as $25 for a bottle of olive oil at a boutique. I really enjoyed the two times I was at one of those boutiques and indulged in tastings. It was like tasting fine wine, and I thought I could drink the whole bottle of basil infused oil at this place in Ruidoso, NM last year.

But for everyday, what brand do you prefer?
