great hot dogs
so tonight i was craving a hot dog, so i made what i dub the godfather- an italian style hot dog.it turned out great!

Ingredients
poppy seed bun
mayo
yellow mustard
sliced pepperoncini
black olives
thinly sliced tomato
dried oregano
spicy mortadella
spicy cappicola
pepperoni
all beef hot dog
chopped sweet onion
Procedures
pan fry the hot dog in a tiny bit of oil( the dog will create some more)
pan fry the mortadella, cappicola, and pepperoni. remove from pan set aside.
griddle the bun in the same pan, until golden brown.
spread mayo on bun, yellow mustard.
lay the mortadella, cappicola, and pepperoni in the middle of the bun, so it lays on the top and bottom halves
add hot dog, garnish with tomato, sliced black olives, pepperoncini and chopped onion. sprinkle with oregano, and chow down!
