Anyone else a fan of this drink? I'm not sure how I looked over it for so long. If you've never heard of it before it's basically a chocolate version of atole. There's a taco truck that sets up shop a few blocks from my house every weeknight that serves it. The other night it was cold out I was picking up some bistec con papas and noticed everyone waiting for their food was happily sipping on a warm beverage, asked what it is, Champurrado. Ok, sounds good I'll take one. Sure hits the spot on a chilly night. I guess it's common to serve it along with churros at breakfast which I'm sure is a great pairing.
