Does anyone have a fool proof tasty banana bread recipe? I came across one that called for banana baby food in a jar. Darned if I can find it. Mine just isnt banananyyyy enough. Just blah. Perhaps my bananas are too ripe? Not enough? The peels are pretty black when I use them for bread but just not real great tasting or nice and moist and I have tried a couple different recipes....help......
