Baking a cupcake with pop rocks?
I'm trying to bake a cupcake with pop rocks but so far I haven't had any positive results. First I dipped the pop rocks in chocolate but when I baked them they melted, unsurprisingly. I figured out that I need to cover them with something that protects them from moisture and that survives the baking process, but I dont know what to use. I thought of using bee's wax or something with edible wax. I need a substance that protects the pop rock from moisture and that can stand heat, any ideas? Or do you know any other way to get the pop rocks in the cupcake? thanks :)
