I love mayo and am curious about unusual ways folks use it as/with food. My three unusual uses:
----Slather French toast with butter, add maple syrup, and dip cut pieces in mayo.
----Mix hot beet greens with olive oil and mayo (thanks Dad).
----Use in a frozen concoction mixed with cream cheese, whipped cream, pineapple chunks, maraschino cherries and small marshmallows - my grandmother served it with dinner on Christmas Eve and called it a frozen salad - makes a great snack. Will provide recipe if there is any interest.
