I'm spending the second half of March hopping between Seoul, Hanoi, Bangkok and Phuket (only because my father lives there). I know this isn't a travel site, but food and booze are, as always, the primary motivation behind this journey. I've done a fair amount of research, but I'm hoping a few Serious Eaters with first hand experience can point me towards some interesting must eats. What's great and how do I get there?
