Where to eat in London while on a Business Trip?

At the end of the month I'll be going to London for a business trip. This is also my first time in the UK so I'm pretty excited. I'll be there for a week while working and staying in soho. I'm looking for some great recommendations for where to eat.

Also I may get a brief chance to do some sightseeing so if there is anything I shouldn't miss let me know.
