pizza dough (for in-laws!!!)
i don't have a FP and am going to try to make pizza dough for my in-laws (so very important stuff here!). any tips (do's&dont's) with using my hands? I was planning on using the recipe from CI that Adam recently posted.
Is it better to use semolina flour or bread flour?
And, sauce. what's your FAVORITE sauce? and why?
And, toppings, something different and in season right now...
Dinner is sunday - i want to make it perfecto!
