Mimosa Brunch Ideas
Someone gave me a bottle of champagne. I had the bright idea to make fresh mimosas and invite people over to brunch. Brunch is for 3 to 6 people total. I want to spend time hanging out with my guests, so I'm looking for recipes that don't require me to be at the stove for a half-hour while they're here. Any ideas or recipes of good brunch food to make that pairs well with mimosas? (Vegetarian, please! Eggs and butter OK)
