Can you cook pizza on parchment paper?
Maybe this has been covered before, but here's my question: Sometimes my dough sticks when transferring from my wooden peel to stone and I end up with an irregular crust (which ain't necessarily a bad thing). If I roll the dough out on parchment and slide that on the stone, would it affect the quality (taste, doneness, etc.) of the finished product?
